Are your products official?

Yes. Everything we sell is officially licensed club or national team merchandise. There are no replicas or unofficial copies.

Which clubs do you stock?

We stock Premier League, Scottish, European and international teams. See them all on our Shop by Club page.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend. The price you see is the price you pay.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery then takes another 1–2 working days.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not at the moment. We only deliver to UK addresses.

Can I return something?

Yes. You can return any item within 30 days, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Email sales@juniorballers.co.uk with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with what to do next.

What size shin pads does my child need?

Our club shin pads come in two sizes. Kids fits ages 7–9 and Youths fits ages 10–12. There is more detail on our Shin Pads page.

Should I choose an aluminium or a plastic water bottle?

Aluminium bottles are tougher and come in 500ml, 700ml and 750ml sizes. Plastic bottles are lighter and come in a 750ml size and a smaller junior size of about 480ml. Compare them in our Aluminium Bottles and Plastic Bottles collections.

What is in a skill goal set?

Each set comes with two pop-up goals, a small football and a hand pump. See them in our Training Aids collection.

Do you have gift ideas for young fans?
