Choosing shin pads by age

Our shin pads are from the Fuse range and come in two sizes:

  • Kids — ages 7–9
  • Youths — ages 10–12

What they're like

Each pair has an impact-resistant shell with comfortable foam backing, and the club crest and colours on the front. They're lightweight so young players can move freely in training and matches.

What size shin pads does my child need?

Kids shin pads fit ages 7–9 and Youths shin pads fit ages 10–12. Our shin pad sizing guide explains how to choose if your child is between sizes.

Are shin pads compulsory for junior football?

Yes. Shin pads are compulsory equipment for matches under the Laws of the Game, and most clubs expect them at training too.

Are these official club shin pads?

Yes. Everything we sell is officially licensed and sourced from authorised UK distributors.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Delivery is free on every UK order. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and usually arrive 1–2 working days after dispatch. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Can I return it if it's not right?

Yes. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. Email sales@juniorballers.co.uk to start a return.
